2. Final Sale Policy

All orders are considered final sale once confirmed and paid.

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or customer error.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and shipping details before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you in resolving the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and pallet.

All damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund depending on the case.
Important: Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
4. Return Authorization

Returns are accepted only after prior approval from our support team.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Products must be returned on a pallet, securely packaged, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

In case of cancellation prior to shipping, a full refund will be issued minus any processing or transaction fees (if applicable).
7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery

8. International Shipments
For orders shipped from the European Union to the U.S., return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
