We offer secure and reliable pallet shipping services across the continental United States. All orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery location, order volume, and chosen shipping method.
We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options
We provide two shipping options for all orders:
Option 1: Domestic Shipping (From U.S. Warehouse)

All domestic shipments are dispatched from our warehouse located in ZIP code 07055 (New Jersey).

Orders are securely packed on a pallet to ensure product protection during transportation.

Delivery time within the U.S. typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Curbside delivery is included. Inside delivery or special handling may require an additional fee.
Option 2: International Shipping (From European Union)

Orders may also be shipped directly from our EU facility.

Shipping can be arranged by air or by sea, depending on the product size, weight, and customer preference.

All international shipments are palletized and packed to meet international shipping standards.

Customs clearance and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on pallet size, weight, and destination.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or provided as a separate quote before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates in case of carrier surcharges or unexpected logistics changes.
4. Order Processing Time

Standard processing time is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

For international orders, additional processing time may apply due to export documentation.
5. Tracking and Delivery

All orders include tracking information.

Once the shipment has left our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for the delivery timeline.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability at the delivery address.

Missed or rescheduled deliveries may result in additional charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. In case of visible damage upon delivery, customers must note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Claims for damaged or lost goods must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

We will work directly with the carrier to resolve any claims as quickly as possible.
