We offer two shipping options:

  1. Domestic Shipping from our U.S. warehouse in ZIP code 07055 (New Jersey) on a pallet.

  2. International Shipping from the European Union on a pallet by air or sea freight.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown either including or excluding applicable taxes, depending on your location.
For U.S. customers, import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in shipping rates, material costs, or currency fluctuations.

6. Payments

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods provided at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
All payments must be completed before order processing begins.

  • Due to the nature of our products (custom-made and handcrafted items), all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Customers must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion after verifying the claim.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped.
